5. Intellectual Property

Your Content

You retain ownership of images you upload. By using our Service, you grant us a limited license to process your images and generate videos.

Generated Content

You own the videos generated from your images. However, you are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use the original images.

Our Technology

MotionMuse and our AI technology are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our technology.

6. Payment and Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

We may change our pricing at any time. Price changes will be communicated 30 days in advance for existing subscribers.

Failure to pay may result in service suspension or account termination.

7. Disclaimers and Limitations

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the past 12 months.
